What does Professional Plus mean?
Professional Plus is the most complete Office 2021 edition: it adds Outlook and OneNote compared with Home & Student, and it's licensed for professional use as well as personal. The apps included in this licence are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.
Is it a subscription?
No. It's a perpetual licence: you pay once and use it with no expiry or renewals, unlike Microsoft 365, which is an annual or monthly subscription. You'll receive a product key to link to your Microsoft account.
Does it include Access or Publisher?
This licence guarantees the apps listed on this page: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. We don't include or guarantee Access or Publisher: if you need them, contact us before buying or consider an edition that explicitly includes them.
How do I activate?
After payment we email you the product key and instructions. Redeem it at setup.office.com with a Microsoft account, then download and install the apps from office.com — it usually takes just a few minutes.
Why 2021 not 2024?
Choose 2021 if today's features are enough and you want the lowest price among perpetual licences. 2024 is the newer generation with the same benefits (no subscription) at a slightly higher price.
